Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ensure patient safety
- Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Recent CNA program graduate OR willingness to complete paid training
- Current Georgia CNA certification (or ability to obtain post-hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred (training provided)
- Empathetic, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Background check and drug screen required
