Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Support patients during meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide holistic care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current North CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
