Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning using proper techniques
- Maintain accurate resident care documentation and electronic health records
- Support social engagement activities and promote resident independence
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations

Qualifications
