Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate daily care assistance including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Support nurses with mobility assistance and patient transfers
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments in resident/client spaces
- Facilitate meaningful social interactions to enhance patient wellbeing
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and facility-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska CNA certification or enrollment in approved training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
