Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Support daily living activities and nutritional needs
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain)
- Pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient dignity
- Reliable transportation to varied shifts
