Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Support patient independence while maintaining safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current Oklahoma CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate patient care mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
