Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures (4-handed dentistry)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments/equipment
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Manage patient flow and scheduling
- Maintain sterile treatment areas
- Assist with patient education
- Process insurance claims and billing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn dental procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid AZ state X-ray certification (or willing to obtain)
