Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument transfer and suction management
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments per OSHA standards
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Manage inventory and restock dental supplies
- Provide chairside patient support and comfort measures
- Schedule appointments and handle basic front desk tasks
- Ensure strict infection control protocols are followed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary – we train!
- CPR certification (will be provided if not held)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
