Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings with emphasis on clinical excellence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures per facility protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and hospital systems
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state with ability to obtain Texas license
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certifications strongly preferred
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record in patient safety and quality care initiatives
