Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and suction control
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental equipment following OSHA protocols
- Take and develop dental X-rays (training provided)
- Manage patient flow and maintain accurate digital records
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Order inventory and manage supply chain for dental materials
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle dental tools
- Basic computer literacy for digital record management
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- New Jersey X-ray certification (training available)
