Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures (sterilization, instrument passing, suction)
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain inventory
- Manage patient scheduling and digital records
- Deliver post-op instructions and comfort measures
- Ensure OSHA compliance and sterilization protocols
- Support front desk duties when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
