Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and suction management
- Take and develop diagnostic dental X-rays following ALARA protocols
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards (OSHA/CDC)
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient procedures
- Manage patient records using our digital practice management software
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Order dental supplies and maintain inventory organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise manual tasks
- Willingness to obtain state dental radiography certification (training provided)
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality

- Basic computer literacy
