Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Colorado
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Recent nursing graduate or 0-2 years clinical experience
- BLS certification (required) and ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends
