Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based direct patient care across diverse medical-surgical units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency care protocols
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license with quick AZ endorsement)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN strongly preferred)
- Recent nursing graduate (within 12 months) or 0-2 years clinical experience
- ACLS/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Demonstrated critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Commitment to professional development through our residency program
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
