Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute or specialty settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN)
- Active Texas RN license
- ACLS/BLS certification
- Clinical rotation experience (school or externship)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
