Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across multiple departments under clinical supervision
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in Epic EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with CPR/BLS certification
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN required)
- Active Kentucky RN license (or eligible for endorsement)
- NCLEX-RN pass notification or scheduled exam
- CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/holidays
