Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Document patient observations and care plans accurately in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care strategies
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Active Wisconsin RN license or eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
