Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately under physician supervision
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status promptly
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Recent nursing graduate (within 12 months) or new to clinical practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning
- Completion of clinical rotations in medical-surgical or acute care settings preferred
