Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telehealth assessments and patient education via secure video platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on remote care coordination and case management
- Participate in rotational clinical rotations across specialized hospital units
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Monitor and respond to patient inquiries through secure messaging systems

Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
