Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care under RN supervision in accordance with established protocols
- Document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care plans
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Graduated from accredited nursing program within last 12 months
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night rotations)
