Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across multiple clinical settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and interventions in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to providers
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active NC RN license or eligible by start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred
