Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and charge nurse responsibilities
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Completion of nursing clinical rotations
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Basic EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
