Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient observations and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status promptly
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and team huddles for continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current California RN license (or eligible to obtain upon hire)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation or internship experience in acute care setting
