Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration, wound treatment, and vital sign monitoring
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations, OSHA guidelines, and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination with precision
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN/BSN) from accredited program
- Active Oregon RN license or eligibility to obtain within 30 days
- ACLS/BLS certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- CPR certification required
- Completion of clinical rotations in acute care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
