Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, conditions, and treatment responses using EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care procedures

Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN)
- Valid Texas RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Current BLS certification from AHA

- Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
