Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under preceptor supervision in assigned clinical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient plans
- Participate in emergency response codes and rapid response situations
- Adhere to infection control standards and safety regulations
- Complete residency program requirements including skills labs and simulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
- Active Oklahoma RN license or compact license eligibility
- ACLS/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer proficiency and EHR documentation experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
