Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately with proper documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records using our EMR system
- Adhere to all infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- ACLS certification preferred (training provided)
