Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse clinical settings including emergency, med-surg, and specialty units
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient records with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in hospital settings
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
