Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in shift handoffs and care planning
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (or eligible)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical rotation experience in hospital setting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Passion for patient-centered care
