Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety regulations
- Participate in shift handoffs and team huddles to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- New graduates and entry-level nurses with less than 1 year experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical skills with ability to perform accurate patient assessments
