Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based nursing protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety-first mindset
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and home care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital infection control standards
- Participate in rapid response team activations for critical situations
Qualifications
- Current Georgia RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited program
- Graduated within last 12 months OR under 1 year clinical experience
- Valid BLS certification from AHA
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
