Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practices
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients/families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Adhere to Joint Commission and NC Board of Nursing standards
Qualifications
- ADN or BSN from accredited nursing program
- Active North Carolina RN license or eligible for endorsement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduation within last 12 months or <1 year RN experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
