Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient assessments and prioritize cases based on medical urgency
- Accurately document patient symptoms and vital signs using electronic health records

- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Recent nursing graduate or career changer with passion for emergency medicine
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided)
