Responsibilities
- Assess patients using digital triage protocols and provided medical equipment
- Prioritize emergency cases based on severity using EHR-integrated assessment tools
- Coordinate with physicians and specialists via provided telehealth platforms
- Document patient encounters using EMR systems with digital voice-to-text support
- Maintain inventory and calibration of provided diagnostic equipment
- Train new staff on triage protocols and equipment utilization
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license with minimum 2 years ED experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required (TNCC preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic health records and triage software
- Experience with telehealth systems and diagnostic monitoring equipment
- Ability to work high-pressure shifts with provided advanced tools
- Critical thinking skills for rapid assessment using digital triage platforms
