Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Assist with medication management under professional guidance
- Transport clients using company-provided mobility equipment
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain clean living environments
- Facilitate social engagement and emotional support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certification
- Valid Texas state caregiver license or willingness to obtain
- CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to operate provided medical equipment (training included)
- Compassionate demeanor and patience with elderly clients
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong communication and documentation skills
