We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and eager to provide the highest level of personal care to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, toileting, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or mental condition.
- Administer medication as directed by the supervising nurse or physician.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide transportation support.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients.
- Document daily care logs and communicate updates to the care team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current state certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in a home health or caregiving setting is a plus.
