Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance using company-provided equipment
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with supplied medical tools
- Assist with daily living activities and light household chores
- Transport clients using company-provided vehicles for appointments and errands
- Document care notes and client progress in electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams using supplied communication devices
- Maintain a safe environment by utilizing provided safety equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to operate medical equipment (training supplied)
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Reliable transportation to Glendale locations
- Background check and drug test required
