Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care or lab settings
- Strong knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling
- OSHA and HIPAA compliance expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and patient interaction skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency for EHR systems
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
