Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs using provided equipment
- Assist with mobility transfers and specialized care tools
- Document care activities and client progress in digital records
- Coordinate with healthcare teams using provided communication devices
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Implement individualized care plans with supplied medical equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Ability to operate medical equipment (provided training)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Compassionate demeanor with geriatric population
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided lifting equipment
