Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs using provided medical equipment
- Transport clients to appointments and errands using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain detailed care records and update care plans as needed
- Assist with mobility support using specialized transfer equipment
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Monitor home environment safety and report maintenance concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate provided medical equipment
- Compassionate nature with patience and excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Scottsdale locations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
