Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities using company vehicles
- Document care activities and maintain detailed progress notes
- Assist with light housekeeping and household organization
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- State-certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Valid Kansas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita office
