Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using provided advanced equipment
- Prepare and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Take dental radiographs and impressions with provided digital systems
- Manage patient records using our practice management software
- Deliver chairside support and patient education
- Maintain inventory and ordering of dental supplies
- Ensure optimal clinic hygiene and equipment functionality
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (DANB or state-recognized)
- Minimum 2 years chairside experience
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid North Carolina dental radiography license
