Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with prescribed diets
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Transport patients to medical appointments using agency vehicles
Qualifications
- NC Home Health Aide certification (current and in good standing)
- Minimum 1 year home health or geriatric care experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with provided assistive equipment
- Reliable transportation to patient assignments
- Excellent communication and observational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
