Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transportation to medical appointments and errands.
- Monitor and record vital signs and daily activity reports.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Administer prescribed medication and treatment plans as directed by the nurse.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
