Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Assist with mobility using provided equipment (wheelchairs, walkers)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Document care activities and client progress
- Transport clients to appointments using agency vehicles
- Maintain clean, organized care environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Compassionate, patient-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
