Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care levels using standardized triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient flow
- Document clinical assessments accurately in EMR systems
- Provide telehealth triage services for remote patients
- Manage patient education on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current NV RN license with 3+ years clinical experience
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong assessment skills in emergency/urgent care settings
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
