Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, surgical, and orthodontic treatments
- Manage patient education on oral hygiene and treatment protocols
- Operate digital radiography systems and sterilize equipment per OSHA standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Coordinate patient flow and schedule management
- Execute infection control protocols and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or RDA credentials
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- DEXIS digital radiography certification preferred
- CPR/BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and chairside manner
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
