Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, endodontic, and surgical treatments
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems with precision
- Implement strict infection control protocols and sterilize dental instruments
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain optimal inventory of dental supplies
- Delieve patient education on oral hygiene and treatment procedures
- Coordinate seamless scheduling and communication between departments
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Dental Assistant Radiology certification (DAR)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions
