Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentists during procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Perform infection control and sterilization protocols
- Manage patient records and digital charting
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene
- Coordinate treatment plans with front office team
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- PA state dental radiography license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
- CPR certification (current)
- Digital proficiency (EagleSoft/Dentrix experience preferred)
