Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including oral surgeries and restorative treatments
- Manage sterilization protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of dental supplies
- Deliver exceptional patient education on post-operative care
- Coordinate treatment plans and schedule coordination
- Assist in maintaining immaculate operatory and lab areas
Qualifications
- CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) or RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certification required
- Minimum 3 years of chairside experience in a general or specialty practice
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Demonstrated knowledge of infection control protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
